I built and optimized data‑driven workflows supporting Medicaid quality programs and led key performance initiatives, including Pay‑for‑Performance measures, STARS, and CAHPS reporting. I owned all state regulatory submissions, led NCQA and HEDIS strategy, and collaborated with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment. Additionally. I trained and mentored junior data analysts within the clinical informatics team, strengthening analytical capability and operational maturity across the department.
